yesterday we had a stalled vehicle on the dec for a while. a really slow things down.let's take a look at interstate 880 n. and southbound. it is not bad. i like to look at this camera during a storm because it is on top of a tall building you see it shaking you know what you have. right now it is not shaking too bad as you can see and also the traffic looks good. 80 westbound to hercules in richmond and highly 4 is a little slow. 680 >>> city leaders will be meeting on the stormy day about tearing down an apartment building that sits on a crumbling cliffs. well no one lives inside this apartment complex that you see me -- -- here. the city wants to demolish it they had been watching the building for years and in january they have determined that it was unsaved an event in the resident. they say the land will crumble away and that the owner has neglected the property and is his and her time take care of it. on monday a sinkhole opened up. we determine there is new erosion in the area past earlier this year they might end up paying for it again but we just don't know. >
