the first issue lower deck of the bay bridge some eastbound lanes are closed. terry mcsweeney is live on why about island. >> reporter: just got off the phone with chp two incidents -- both major but separate the first 2, 2:30 this morning eastbound going away from san francisco towards oakland. it began as a high speed chase on the bay bridge. chp saw a car speeding and gave pursuit. pictures on the s-curve of the bay bridge you are going to see a number of cars to the side they are chp cars and a lot of flares three lanes blocked heading eastbound. at some point you are going to get to this car off to the side, crashed. that is the vehicle that was being chased. it was involved in a crash of the chp got out of car shots were fired however, i'm told by the chp spokesperson that nobody was hit by the bullets. that the person who was driving the car that crashed was injured slightly as a result of the car crash. an hour after that incident, he was transported to the hospital, minor injuries, an hour after that, there was a high speed chase that started in oaklan
