fox medical team's deena joe fonzi is here with some tips about those treats. you look like you're surrounded, dina. good morning. thank you. pam. >> i am being tested here all morning. you know, i'm very weak right now. it's very early, so here's the thing. we know this is the time to celebrate. candy. the problem is. and you can see my display here. it doesn't look like much at all, but this is a whole lot of calories and sugar and a lot of jogging to burn this off, if that's what you do. i don't do that. but you know, walking whatever you want to do. so let's break it down. first of all, when we talk about these little fun size bars and we talk about the issue, most dietitians say, you know, you can measure candy based on various things. fat, calories. but a lot of people look at the sugar. that's the problem is the sugar. so remember this number for women 25 for men about 36. that's how many grams of added sugar is recommended by the american heart association every day. so about 25g for since we're a couple of ladies here talking, we'll use 25 as the numbe
