talk about deja vu.s fire started at about 3:00 this morning. and by the time firefighters got here, it was completely engulfed in flames and so that's when it went to basically two alarms. crews knocked down the flames quickly there but it smoldered for quite some time. the heat caused the roof of the house next door to catch fireas well, destroyed parts of the attic in that home and evacuated the family that lives there. so this morning's fire destroyed a cannabis club named herb appeal. this is the same club that burned back in january. that first fire has some similarities to the one that started this morning. it was also a two-alarm blaze and it also started at roughly around about 3:00 when basically everyone was sleeping. ken james, his wife, son and mother were evacuated this morning and they say that the cannabis club owners were relatively good neighbors. >> we never had a problem with them. we knew they were nice people and we never had a problem that was going on there. i was just -- but like
