this is delaware county. so basically awful delaware county -- there is still some left but almost all of it's in. balderson you can see he's expanded his lead. this has been trump got 55. he's sitting at 54. 96% of the vote is in in delaware county. what that's done districtwide is it's put him up by 1,680 votes. the lead for o'connor is 1,685. that is 0.8%. what is -- sorry, i just spilled some water. what is left here is a very tiny sliver of flaink, a scattering -- small scattering of precincts in delaware, but also this. i'm not kiding when i say absentees and provisionals. we're tracking these. what we have right now that we know of, and we know of the counts for everything outside of the two major -- the two biggest counties here. delaware and franklin account for 60% of the population. we don't have any counts on what's still to be counted there in terms of absentee and provisional. outside of that, though, we are sitting at 3,730. this is in 40% of the district populationwise. 3,730. what are they? a

if he wins, he will have delaware to thank for it. the numbers here, too, not just the 54%, a 5,000 vote margin in delaware county, that was enough to offset the big margin danny o'connor had down here. back to the district, keep it at the county level, and see the breakdown. all of the votes we expect to be accounted tonight. here's the issue. troy balderson will go to bed tonight in the lead, 50.2%, to 49.3%. this is what is outstanding. we have absentee ballots still to be counted, outstanding absentee ballots. the secretary of state says more than 5,000 to be exact. there are also more than 3,400 provisional ballots. these are somebody who shows up at a precinct. the local precinct worker is not sure they belong there. they cast their provisional ballot. the appropriateness of that gets checked. 8,500 votes roughly still to be counted or sorted out. the secretary of state says 5,048 outstanding absentee ballots, 3,435 outstanding provisional ballots. does it change this? in most elections, to be honest with you, it does not, in mo

then delaware county here. danny o'connor is leading in delaware county right now. den, a tiny percentage of the vote in. if delaware county stays blue, the democrats are going to win this seat. we're at 5%. we'll see how this works out. these are affluent republicans. suburb in here. you start to move ex-urban and rural. if danny o'connor can stay competitive here, within 5, 6, 8 point, then you a race tonight. if these stay blue, then we have history being made tonight because this is trump country up here in morrow county. if the democrats hold on the this, then we'd have a stunning upset. but again, as the democrats start to look at this early map and say wow, i just want the say hang in there. but just to that point, more morrow county votes came in and it switched back to the republican there one little piece of context, anderson. danny o'connor currently getting 80% in franklin county. in the last race here, pat tiberi, the republican who gave up this race to step aside, this was his worst county in the district. he got 57% down here. if franklin county stays
