that's more than four times what it should be on 95 northbound through delco. on 95 southbound we had that crash close to academy road. that's out of the way now but just a bit farther south near cottman there's a disabled vehicle now taking out the left lane and then as you get closer to the city, speeds just in the teens headed down towards double games phils and the soul tonight in south philadelphia. of course we've also had issues on the schuylkill expressway like a crash here on the westbound side right by the belmont off ramp but it's off to the side. still, though, really slow moving westbound traffic and just generally delays in both directions. you can also expect delays on the northeast extension headed up toward the poconos because of a crash by the lehigh valley interchange off to the side. and if you take the ac rail line to get down the shore eastbound trains going to resume service at 5:47, westbound just resuming finally making some progress after those storms on tuesday. rick i'll catch you again in about a half hour. >> see you then. thanks m
