that is one reason i do not oppose the deleon sales -- medallion sales. it seems the only one year ago the taxi regulations consisted of 255 x 8 -- 25 5 by 8 pages, but it is now 28 pages long. most for the first violation, but the third is $250. anyways, they go on. already these fines are being closed on companies for not taking cars in for recall fast enough. the problem is that these are being posed without warning. a $75 fine of a taxi driver, a beginning texas driver, that is all 10 hours of work. the question i have, will you give us a warning before you start imposing penalties for violations and extensive regulations? there are many regulations that deal with filling out bills, if they are there. having the right address for the fair and where we are going, especially paratransit, we get that wrong, finding a transit -- finding an address in san francisco is not always easy. there are innumerable ways. the problem that i have is the concept of -- sorry, fines as a way to balance the budget. fundamentally wrong. it is expecting people to violate t
