when it is lower, delmonico have more power. if you follow it all the way over to the end, you see 2016 republicans have a lot of power. the pretrump republican party both had pretty good strategies for winning elections. they didn't get a ton of non-white voters, not a lot of black voters or hispanic voters. but the trump era did well with college educate whites. they got a lot of blue collar white voters and traded off some of the graduates. they ended up having more power than any version of the represent party since the 1920's. but this can't keep up. numbers on what happened. trump did win the residency, but he lost the popular vote by 2.1%, and he only got about 46% of the overall vote. that is a fragile win. same with house republicans. they won the overall video, which is all the vote totals combined together by about one percentage point. that is not a huge amount. there is going to be redistricting that happens. we can get more into this later, but house and state legislative district lines right now are pretty favorab
