delores has known robert since she was 9 years old and married 46 years.gan falling behind on manager payments several years ago and he says wells fargo declined a loan modification, but he was later sent a letter that he may be eligible for a loan modification and offered to help him apply. he paid out close to $20,000 for attorney fees and program fees and loan audit to endeavor and other companies it recommended. robert says it was a huge mistake. >> i'm embarrassed but i feel worse than my family because i let them down. >> we contacted endeavor which told us it was no longer in business and contacted the foreclosure defense company which said it received the case from endeavor. foreclosure defense said it prepared a lawsuit against the lender to advocate for the family's behalf. they never filed it because the sextons failed to complete the necessary affidavit. robert said he gave them what they want and there was a modification package prepared but the state department said it's not licensed to do tat. foreclosure defense in its report said it's a se

warmer and cloud are overhead and calm start to the day that is for sure, and, then we will go down to deloresas well, she's down in newark this morning at 70 degrees. it is warm but we are already starting to see, a little bit of light drizzle, falling in northern delaware as well. check out southern delaware down at the beach in rehoboth, it is a foggy, it is a dreary, it is just a overall, kind of miserable start to saturday, at the beach points, not just in delaware but as we head up the coast in south jersey as well, fog out there even though it is warm, muggy and not really nice morning beach weather. there have been a couple folks , moving down the boardwalk but overall, don't expect a whole lot of people and we will get up to, 86 degrees. we are on 83. we're comparable to where we should be for middle of june, as we get to july and august we will see that 86 today, close tore our average high we will get in the middle of july , average for july 17th is 87. by the time we get into august we are back down in the mid 80 's. we're where we need to be but, and, back today, sunday and then i
