delta is stuck at the pump. today we asked what's going on, and delta basically said they admitted they had like half of their it systems were windows based. that means the crowdstrike error caused them to have to manually repair and reboot a lot of their systems. the big one that is causing causing the issues so far down the road. for them, though, it's their crew management system. they're saying it's one of their most critical systems. it ensures all flights have a full crew in the right place, right time. they say it's complex and it's requiring the most time and manual support. that system is entirely critical. the pilots union alone says it represents 17,000 members. that system has to figure out where they all are. so that's the issue for delta right now. yeah. just like southwest had the same issue however long ago. and southwest a couple of years ago. did delta learned from southwest here because all these airlines they can learn from each other. is delta handling this publicly the right way? i will say
