deneen borelli, your concerns about that in terms of what he had to say?concerning but i think we should be investigating the democrats and the dnc. listen, the dnc refuses to turn over their server to the fbi to be investigated. what about john podesta and his visit dealing with russia? and what about loretta lynch and what, what she involved in any way shape or form with the email trail? and there's also hillary clinton. so if anything is to be investigated, i think they need to start there. >> what about vladimir putin? >> i mean, that is what i would like to investigate further. how foreign countries, not only might have influenced or meddled in the election last year but more importantly, what safeguards we have in place to make sure that our election, the integrity of our elections are secure moving forward? i think relitigating the past is something that will go on and a lot of media outlets or saying that as - but the more important thing is that the integrity of the american and democratic processes that we use to choose our elected officials. >>

joining me deneen borelli, political strategist ford o'connell and gina loudon, political analyst. start with you, they're going to withhold the money. is that the right move? >> i think this is the right move. first of all, sanctuary cities are a haven for criminal illegal aliens, what about law biding citizens? this is a problem in our country, shame on the leaders of the cities and law enforcement who are propelling, promoting sanctuary cities. what about innocent law-abiding citizens? what about our rights and the laws we have on books that people should be in our count legally and not illegally. gerri: gina, is this the way to go? the localities fight for their federal dollars, right? isn't this going to end up in a bunch of lawsuits? >> people seem awfully sue happy in this country. the american people are sort of over, that gerri. to deneen's point, we have to remember and i think those who understand the true dynamics of the whole situation need to be prepared to define the narrative here, and that is that this problem of sanctuary cities and illegal immigration, most hurts
