my name is denise taylor and i live at 1520 and my basement is so using stump hole and still not working. we called the baltimore city -- and they can't bring nobody out to come and suck the water up. but it's not our faults, that's coming from inside the bottom of the ground. so why can't we get help with sucking the water out if it's not our fault and they won't help us pay for our damages if it does get messed up and i think that's totally wrong. >> reporter: that's got to be frustrating. >> i sleep in my basement and i have my shoes and clothes and everything is in my basement. it's like if that's gone i don't have no way to replace it. >> reporter: kim you were telling us the same thing happened three years ago almost to the day. another water main break back then. the flooding was a lot worse. you've been frustrated it's like deja vu for you. >> exactly. deja vu all over again. especially because i know -- the city may come back again and say well they're not responsible for the damage. but i'm still living with the mold and mildew from the last flood. >> reporter: all right. well
