dennis: okay.studio. >> well, i think certainly for christmas, it could be interesting. nbc you which had a very checkered year. but i think that is generating relatively favorable was. and on that note, the wine scene company also for christmas, it should get a lot of attention and perhaps a little controversy along the way as well. dennis: so, you thinking and musical be a big hit. although, for a musical is seems to have an awful lot of special effects to one on. >> i think this will be unusually highly grossing for a musical, particularly given the talent that is involved. dennis: and now let's look at the other end of the food chain. let's look at the hitter stock. i guess the two biggest ones are some of mark and regal entertainment. where are you on those guys? >> really under appreciated. reran an inflection point in terms of what digital can do in the theater. i think if you look at the great latin american growth opportunity. a real cash flow machine. and north american, but i think the s

>> thanks, dennis.portant thing is to be aware of the new regulations that are coming out. there will be hundreds of pages of regulations between now and the end of the first quarter and they're going to need to know those rules because those rules fill in gaps the obamacare legislation left out. those rules of telling you how to calculate full time employees, how to provide notice to those employees of the new benefit provisions if you in fact change the terms of your plan. another big thing to keep in mind is how to absorb the new cost. there will be cost across the board. obviously there will be premium advances because cost of doing business in the insurance industry will go up. there's also going to be administrative fees that will be tacked on to the insurance companies for participating in the health-care health insurance exchange on the state level. free.5% administrative fee for these insurers will be passed on to the employers as they buy these small group plans in the exchanges. large groups

good to see you. >> good to be seen. >> 2025 is a long ways away, dennis. do you buy this?i think they're actually being very conservative. i think we're going to be energy independent in north america, not in the united states, but in north america, considering canada and the united states together, well before that. the amount of energy that we are finding, the ability to drill more efficiently, what we're doing with fracking, new abilities to take a soda straw, as i like to say, send it down, make it spiral outward and to find crude oil in areas that we didn't know existed before, better use of seismic geology, we're just finding crude oil and natural gas in areas we didn't think existed. and we're doing it very effectively and efficiently and we are becoming at the same time better users of energy. i used to say that my first car, an old valiant, got 7 miles to the gallon. my jaguar gets 29. we are finding a lot of crude oil, finding a lot of energy, natural gas and we are using it far more efficiently. we're going to be energy independent in a short period of time. >>

let's bring in dennis gartman. dennis, great to see you. >> good to be seen, always. >> obviously, a lot will depend on the demand for such an etf. but jpmorgan filed to hold 62,000 tons. eye shares, awaiting its approval on its copper-backed etf in december. they are proposing to hold 121,000 tons and if you tally those up, that would be 70% of the current copper stocks in lme-bonded warehouses. do you think this will have an impact on the copper trade? >> if they take that much off and keep it off the market, well, you know, of course it will have an impact upon prices, of course it will tighten things up. it will probably take the market from and all things being equal, it will probably send prices higher. what's really important for copper, however, is not a new etf. it's economic growth or economic nongrowth, whatever you get. and what's important to me is, take a look, it's not just copper that's been strengthening, nickel's been strength strengthening, tin has been. the real base metals have been firming up
