. >> let's bring in dennis berman. dennis?s we saw went through a terrible year this year. it's remarkable to see the revenues of this company, december 2012, here's my prediction for 2014. the device business largely egets sold off with foxconn. it concentrates on that middlewear, it's not sexy at all, perhaps it stabilizes and they lay off a bunch of people and it gets bought by a private equity company. so all that happens in 2014? that's a lot. >> that is a lot. >> do you think people will keep buying blackberries? >> the answer is no. >> not even in indonesian markets? >> we're seeing those in foreign markets. for the large corporate customers, the answer is no. the on reason to buy is a security business. it's a boutique business doing highly managed security december vi -- devices for the military and wall street. devices was listed fourth as his priority. i think the device business goes away as we know it. >> it's going to be interesting to know the cash. i wonder if this can happen before cash gets to alarming levels

>> with us no u, dennis berman from the "wall street journal." m folcram securities. dennis, is this a catastrophe for facebook here? >> i love it when you're a little facetious here. obviously down 1% says the market feems pretty comfortable with the secondary. as sheila mentioned, great time to sell shares. market really powering through. s&p 500 index fund demand going to come to these shares. but i think we need to think about where is this company heading? how is the momentum for the company? i'd say right now, kelly, it's pretty darn good. they've got the momentum. mobile as. they've got the momentum on market share amongst marketers. their targeting is getting better. if you were to use it, you would be shocked at the way they could target individuals. and beyond that they've got instagram which they're developing into a business, too. right now i'd say the momentum is pretty good and the market's reflecting that pretty closely. >> all good points. rob, you think the stock is too expensive at this point, right? >> yeah, i do. i do, bill. no

. >>> dennis rodman returning to career after a family feud shook up the country's government. we are live. >> i'm john berman. >> i'm christine romans. it is 5:00 a.m. in the east. >>> the startling advice being given to the white house over the nsa spying programs. that advice -- stop it, at least stop doing it like you are. a panel of outside experts hand-picked by the white house is urging the president to rein in the nsa's wide ranging data dragnet and restructure how the nsa is collecting logs of phone calls. all told, 46 recommendations in their report. chief national security correspondent jim sciutto has a look at what the panel said and the potential impact. >> reporter: the headline here is one of the panel members told me is accountability and that is accountability for the nsa to congress, to the white house, and to the public. you see that reflected in these 46 recommendations. for instance, they recommend that congress pass legislation to move all of that phone data from the nsa's hands back to the phone companies to private hands where the nsa can access it when they need to, but they don't ho
