us now the dennis herrera.n short, what are the quality assurances that seem to be at issue? >> the accrediting commission said that san francisco city college wasn't meeting its standards. there were financial issues and managal issues, which quite frankly have lingered for some quite time. but unfortunately the accrediting commission has another hat. it's been an advocate up in san francisco for changing the vision of community colleges. from our position, it has an incredible conflict of interest that has violated federal and state law and has overly politicized the process. they are an advocate that was embroiled in a state legislative battle to change the overall commission of community colleges. they want to go from the open access policy, which has always been the mission of california community colleges, that focus on for-credit courses but also english learning, vocational courses. they wanted to change the overall mission. they lost that legislative debate in 2012 up in sacramento. but curiously, they
