we are not aware of -- and i say we are not aware of because you heard that the city attorney, dennis herrera, is asking for documents. we are not aware that juul's tenancy violates any city policy law, regulation, and we're fairly certain it doesn't violate any rule or regulation in our lease. the city is very progressive in terms of tobacco. we had a city tobacco policy. in that you can't advertise tobacco in the city, but there's nothing that prohibits vaping or tobacco firms from being located on city property. so from our perspective, it's very important that we think through how to avoid things going forward. we're always open to looking if our requirements are broad enough. i think it is an important principle for us that what we agree to with our investors and our developers is forward looking and that there's certainty for them. we want to provide the public benefits up front and have them meet the requirements. it is hard to deal with a shifting sand of regulation, so if we are to explore how to avoid this happening in the future, we would look toward a policy that is clear and conc

the city attorney, dennis herrera, are you still here? the treasure tax collector, the public defender, the district attorney, city excess or recorder, carmen chu, and has already been recognized that the former supervisor was here, and the former supervisor. mar. and also, other former supervisors. he was here, and the policy is former supervisor -- hello. we also had a bunch of department heads here witnessing the incoming class that came in today that is naomi kelly, the city administrator, chief joanne hayes weight, at the san francisco fire department, cheryl freeman of the san francisco sheriff department, and risk in, the nta director, ben rosenfield, who is the city controller calculating forbes, she is the port director, harland kelly junior, he is the general manager of p.u.c., and phil ginsberg, the manager of recreation and park, callahan, the director of the department of human resources, and our budget analyst, who is still here, harvey rose. all right. there's also, from the department of emergency services , there is mary

funding there during the dependency of the litigation, which i believe our city attorney, mr dennis herrera, is quite confident we will ultimately prevail. as a matter of fact, it was his memo after the upland's decision that instructed the head of our department of elections that 50% , as compared to two thirds, were required in those initiatives that were not put on by the board, but were put on through the initiative process. so what happened when all of that money range down from heaven was that the legislative and executive branches hit the buzzer at the same time, on the same day. there is one proposal that came from room 200, the office of mayor breed, and frankly, there is nothing in that proposal that is not good stuff, and at the same time, came a proposal supported by those days, a majority of the board, but supervisor kim had to retire, or turned down is the actual term, and so subsequently, the mirror issued a much more detailed pack of information, and today i would like to do the same thing. i want to thank all of the advocates, i mean, i want to thank the educators, and what
