we are not aware of -- and i say we are not aware of because you heard that the city attorney, dennis herrera, is asking for documents. we are not aware that juul's tenancy violates any city policy law, regulation, and we're fairly certain it doesn't violate any rule or regulation in our lease. the city is very progressive in terms of tobacco. we had a city tobacco policy. in that you can't advertise tobacco in the city, but there's nothing that prohibits vaping or tobacco firms from being located on city property. so from our perspective, it's very important that we think through how to avoid things going forward. we're always open to looking if our requirements are broad enough. i think it is an important principle for us that what we agree to with our investors and our developers is forward looking and that there's certainty for them. we want to provide the public benefits up front and have them meet the requirements. it is hard to deal with a shifting sand of regulation, so if we are to explore how to avoid this happening in the future, we would look toward a policy that is clear and conc
