( darya ) the union city man charged for attempting to set several dennysstomers on fire in hayward is back in court. 43-year-old victor rubio was charged with seven counts of assault. last wednesday police say rubio was inside dennys when he poured gasoline on himself and six other customers. according to court documents, rubio told police that voices told him to do it and that people were out to kill him. after not being able start a fire with a cigarette -- customers forced him out of the restaurant and police arrested him. (darya) soundgarden frontman chris cornell is being laid to rest today at a cemetery in los angeles. there will be a public viewing of cornell's burial site after a private memorial service. the 52-year-old hanged himself in a detroit hotel room after a concert performance on may 18th. the singer's family has disputed claims that he may have taken more of an anti-anxiety drug than he was prescribed. cornell was a leading voice of the grunge movement in the 19-90s. he is survived by his wife and two children.
