blizzard warnings outside of denver, along interstate 70. a very difficult travel morning in colorado. wyoming, the snow is starting to wind down for you in the cheyenne area. getting about half a foot. the worst is to the south. everywhere in white, by the way, is under a winter weather advisory which extend throughout the state of nebraska and the western half of kansas, too, even the extreme southern -- western portion of oklahoma. here's how the radar looks. the white is the snow, the green is the rain. we're just about done with all the rain. the cold air moved in. one batch of light snow heading across areas of nebraska and then we have the heavier stuff from denver southwards to colorado springs. the highest totals around denver will be south and west of town. the blue on the map shows you the more intense snows up. notice those from denver out to bennett, down toward castle woods where the wings are picking up, too. that's where we have the blizzard conditions. doesn't look like impressive notice amounts, maybe 6 to 10 inches at most
