denver at 1 pm. you can see just beginning in aurora. you see some lightning and that goes by and then they continue to push with showers and thunderstorms east to west with another line of storms coming through. they almost pulled the rug -- pulled the tarp off at the rockies game but it didn't last of us and everything seems to be calming down. the moisture is still there. we will heat up to the 80s again. that will destabilize the atmosphere. take a look at this photo from lily. she is just 13 years old. you can see the mountains but here is a wall of water and heavy rains coming out of this storm that is what they were like today. that is where they get 3, 4, 5 inch rains. you can see afternoon, here they come again. this is 2:00, you see the showers and thunderstorms. still pretty heavy from colorado springs through the metro area. then they slowly die down as we roll into wednesday, they come back again. some will be heavy. as we roll into thursday, lots of moisture all the way through the mountain areas to the southeast and right
