i would refer you to the department of justice office of legal counsel and the department of education general counsel. i will make the point that there's a concern that, when payments resume in january, that that's going to lead to an increase in financial distress among borrowers. and so, for example, there's a small subset of borrowers for particular reasons who are not subject to the payment policy. they have been having to make their payments throughout the pandemic. what you have seen is that those borrowers are in more financial distress. they have been having a harder time making payments on other debts they owe and so on. so the assumption is that -- so the question is, will a subset of borrowers default, going to dylan quincy -- go into delinquency? so the idea is that those are the people who will get the relief, because the legal authority gives the secretary the ability to make sure the pandemic and emergency does not cause net financial harm to those people. >> two more. >> taking a closer look at the white house facts sheet that was released, say, a construction worker w

what the union and the department of education have achieved is that they have agreed to a contract thatnd importance of having black teachers in schools in schools , less than 6% of teachers of color change, so it was decided in the state that if you put whites on the street first, you will be able to protect colored minority. it's funny that this decision was made almost 100% white union leadership, most of the teachers. we have white people like me so that this is an attempt to more correctly reflect the relationship of teachers with a different skin color and students. that's why we see such innovation changes. however, i liked it. not everyone gets the long-term injustice towards black teachers is now being solved at the expense of injustice towards whites. that is the same discrimination. just the opposite. this is racist discrimination, a violation of the law, this agreement must be recognized immediately. really. i read union statement. they say they want students to have teachers who look like them, but it's not true that students need teachers who will rent education and it doe
