the department of health and social care says the system was launched when it was operationally readyng levels are kept under constant review. it says that local authorities have been an integral part of its response throughout and they have been receiving test, case and contact tracing data since the 24th ofjune. back in my front room i'm having more problems, struggling with the computer system that we use. the system we work with is quite possibly the most complicated system i have ever come across and essentially it is two different systems stuck together and you have to jump between them. and there are more glitches. today has been a total waste of time. i have not been able to log in for the entire shift. some password i always use. invalid e—mail password, they go. i get very few cases and when i took the system sometimes does not let you follow the map. buffer resources with another programme. i've no idea what that means. i'm regularly on the phone to team leaders and they tell me that similar issues are being reported by others. you just do not know what is going on and coul
