disparity studies, and we actually conducted the most recent disparity study for the georgia department of transportationand what we found is that there has been an increase in the utilization of minority and disadvantaged businesses with the georgia department of transportation, but there's still a lack of participation at the prime contractor level. and there's still disparities at every level. and so we made some recommendations of changes that could be made to increase the program, increase the participation here in georgia. georgia's doing better than some states, it's doing worse than some states in terms of, you know, department of transportation. we do a lot of this kind of work around the country. we just completed a story for greensboro, north carolina, that was presented earlier this week. we did the most recent study for the city of memphis which is why i'm so familiar with the city of memphis. it's a requirement in order to have a minority program that you do these kinds of analyses, and that's what we specialize in doing. >> just if i could just do one follow-up to you. do you look at the o
