city. >>> tonight, police pr pouring over 170 pages detailing what office ders that led to the death of one of their men. one of their officers was shot outside a club last january. 33 recommendations for fixes the procedures were made. the mayor put the panel together and said change wills be made. >> i'm not interested in having a glossy version of what happened, but we were digging deep into what happened and coming out on the other side better and stronger. >> the recommendations include better training for officers on how to deal with large crowds and better guidelines for when it's appropriate to use deadly force. there's a lot of information in this report, if you want to read it, it's up on abc2 news.com. >> homicide police are investigateing appears to be a murder suicide. a woman was found dead in her basement yesterday. during the investigation, investigators noticed her car was missing. inside the body of her grandson, 21 year-old, was found dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. neighbors say they were a very nice family. >> i'm in shock. we were coming home from the hospital
