[applause]4pt >> and we succeeded because -- simply because a small group of activists got together and said, we know what the opinion polls say. we know that this is nearly impossible but it's absolutely outrageous. and we have faith in our fellow humans in this country, our fellow americans that if they only understood they would stop it. and then we figured out that we needed was t
