derek chauvin's badge camera is, he had moved his knee. that hurts the prosecution's case because they had been arguing eric shaaban had his knee on george floyd'seck for nine minutes, 29 seconds consistently. you had testimony from a medical officer who helped the defense in a couple ways. she said if there is a crowd that might be hostile towards the police officers trying to detain someone, that is a reason why you wouldn't perhaps administer cpr. she said when george floyd gasped for breath, an officer might mistake that for him breathing and thinking he doesn't need cpr. she talked about excited delirium, where someone who is on drugs, and george floyd did have fentanyl and methamphetamine in his system, might have what she called superhuman powers. that would support the defense case that they needed to restrain him. he was a large man and the defense has argued he was resisting arrest, they were holding him down. you had the case end with a prosecution witness from the los angeles police department who said the force was excessive. the lapd is famous for the rodney king case, so when you have the lapd saying you are using excessive force,
