. >> and news4's derrick ward just arrived on blue stone road. derrick, what do you got? >> reporter: this is the 200 block of blue stone road. the extended stay hotel here at this location. you can see police are still on the scene after this incident that actually happened at 2:18 this morning. what brought them here was the report of shots fire. when police got here, they found three adults who had been shot. a 28-year-old man was taken to the hospital. he has life-threatening injuries. a 21-year-old woman in the 35-year-old woman were also shot. they have what is described as non-life-threatening injuries. we are told that this happened in a room at the extended stay hotel. it's unclear at this point whether all three of those victims or any of the victims police have not issued any information regarding a lookout or any suspect information. we have seen them with a canine sweeping the grounds here in their search for evidence. the hotel is indeed open for business, but part of the parking lot, of course, is blocked off because of this incident. so three people shot h
