this is all subtropical moisture that's been lifting in from the desert southwest. you can see that flow. we were hoping we would get a stray shower overnight. did not quite make it into the east bay. hoping because it just keeps it interesting. but we have high pressure building in and with that drier air mass that subtropical moisture tries to make it into our back door just evaporates rapidly. so the bottom line is today we are starting off cloudy. we'll end up with sunshine away from the immediate seashore. we'll have a warmer day than yesterday. again, when we only have highs in the 60s and a few low 70s in the north bay and gradual warming throughout the week. now, around the state, 89 state capital. a few clouds from that subtropical moisture in the high sierra. also some rain around yosemite 96 degrees in fresno and high 60s in monterey bay once the clouds lift. our numbers stacking up in the mid-60s in pacifica through ocean beach into the sunset district. 60s, 70s common around the rim of the bay this morning including richmond, berkeley, alameda and in oa
