i am devin fehely. emily has the morning off. >>> let's check with the weather. any rain in the forecast? >> technically a small chance that if we got any it would be a momentary spit. you wouldn't get anything to measure. i think the bigger issue is that it is much colder. if you are going to step outside, an early riser, some places are 14 degrees colder right now. yesterday at this time it was warmer. let's look at treasure island back at the city. santa rosa, 33 degrees. if you look at the icon in front, see the moon? that is the one location without clouds. the clear skies have allowed the sheltered valleys to plummet as far as temperatures go. look at the difference. san jose is only 3 degrees colder than yesterday. just to show you what's going on, yes there are a few showers out there if you can see them. you can only see them when they are moving. when i stopped the radar like now, you hardly notice anything. maybe through the marin headlands and maybe a bit down here on the san mateo county line. i will be back in two minutes. there is a small opportuni
