i called devin spoke with a customer service representative who recognize the problem and she explainedt at&t was billing on behalf of a third- party company. she said it was the customer's responsibility to block phone bills from such charges. she told me she takes a lot of calls like mine. i contacted the third party company at the phone number provided and spoke to their customer service representative who said we requested the service. i then contacted the area manager for the store and he said he did not request the service. it went back and forth. until i insisted the charges were never requested because only area managers are authorized to make those requests. the representative offered to take three months of the charges off and credit the at&t bill for the next month. i insisted that all $1,900 the credited back. the representative said he could not do that and he had a record of the request for service. i asked to hear it. i was transferred to a supervisor who credited all the charges and i never heard a recording. for the next two months, i went through every single at&t bill
