we don't know what it's going to look like so my question is and this is what we are confronting is deweys professionals have the right profile and training to confront this new challenge and i would like to have comments on that point. >> we are in an age where there is -- i will say frankly the training i had as an apprentice is not sufficient for the kind of analysis and the skills you need now which is very specific to date of one sample and the way we put it out. if you look at the challenge of the data that is really just data we have a lot of it. there was a comment before or question about do we need the interviewer and i think there are two things we have gained from the interview that we are not about to lose. we just can't lose. one is the notion of representation. we have all of this data but without the ability to draw conclusions about what the whole population is that you're interested in it isn't useful. i don't know of any of the online panel efforts or any surveys the would be of much use if we didn't have the bulletproof population estimates that we get from the census.
