dhs is a sprawling bureaucracy. it was brought together by multiple agencies together, more than ten years ago after 9/11. it's a huge management job. so this is something where dhs is a high profile job and thankless job. you're dealing with disasters and potential for terrorist strikes and dealing with everything that really strikes a cord obviously on capitol hill if things don't go well. you're under an extraordinary microscope dealing with immigration. time will tell what the legacy will be. he said he's loyal to the president. i would imagine we wouldn't see a break from him from the policies that the white house is pushing. he showed himself to be loyal representative for him in the pentagon. and so i couldn't imagine you would see much daylight between the two but we'll have to see in terms of what the broader legacy is and many ways depends on what happens. newswise under his tenure, whether there's anything that's unforeseen and that shadows and colors anyone's legacy. >> it's safe to say the legacy of jan
