at least dhs we didn't have the mechanism. we probably didn't really even understand there was such a thing who is frankly one of our biggest partners but the elections assistance commission. there was not a strong relationship between these two. now we have governance mechanism which is just a really bad bureaucracy way of saying we work together cletsly. two years ago we didn't. we have communications protocols. if i need to get a piece of information to any single state out there i can do it. i can do it quickly. and whether we -- it's a classified piece of information if they have a clearance, great. we can get it to them. if they don't have a clearance we declassify quickly. but if it's that actionable we deal with the consequences later. we'll get the piece of information so that the network defenders can protect themselves. beyond that in terms ever technical support we are providing assistance across the board. right now we have done about 35 vulnerability assessments for large jurisdictions states and counties. that i
