have been video and i am not sure why that didn't run but it came down, and we had some on top of diabolo. from mount tamalpais it was few close at 2,600' but plenty of rain and it is clear. i expect the fog to develop in the morning and 32 to 48 degrees so we have quite a spread, again, and toward noon we will be more homogenized and where we will stay in the afternoon with mostly sunny skins. notice the temperatures are running about five to six degrees cooler-than-average and toward 7:00 it will cool quickly in the evening hours back into the low-to-mid 40's if you are headed out. tomorrow, we will be partly cloudy again with low-to-upper 50's and scattered showers and a weak system on wednesday and thursday. i don't think it will bring us so much rain as we just had but we will take it, right? we could have another chance in the seven-day forecast. that is coming up. >> we have an update on the car fire in oakland, westbound 24 at 13 and there appears to be c.h.p. will run a traffic break to turn it over to the shoulder so there could be intermittent lane block averages. on the amount
