i'm diana harshbarger and i represent the first district of tennessee. as a health care provider for the past 30 years i really appreciate being put on this committee because you know i understand the national t secury threats and our pharmaceutical products. we used to make those products and they come outside of united states of america and in a lot of cases -- as a matter fact and it took a pandemic in a lot of people's lives to notice the problem that we have at this. what we need to do is get the domestic supply chain into this country so we won't have to worry about that. we have an overreliance to the foreign adversarial countries for that supply chain and it might district of east tennessee we have a couple of different things as far as national security infrastructure. i have nuclear fuel services and the national library -- laboratory and an army munitions planted my district. i wanted just to comment on something that mr. jenkins said and he made the statement that the defenders of the capitol were outnumbered and we need to investigate this a
