i'm still long, but i'm spending money on protection. >> diane, diane, what about you? what do you think in terms of the federal reserve? we had the fed releasing the beige book, the regional survey of the u.s. economy. they added the word "modest" to moderate growth. we all know everyone focuses on what the fed said. they added modest to moderate. what does that tell you in terms of when the fed may start the winding down of the stimulus, and does that impact the markets? >> well, this is really important, because i think it's been really overblown in the marketplace. what we've seen is the fed is considering maybe as early as september in tapering. i think actually if we do see some of the headwinds from the sequester continue the seep in the data which we started to see the bulk of the cuts are over the summer before the end of fiscal year 2013, and they're going to continue likely into 2014. that could really dampen the overall economic situation. and as the fed tapers, they'll still continue to add. and i think you have to really think of it as a calibration. when

tell us, diane helps with the book, 75 lbs. what did you learn about yourself that you want to teach your daughters? >> most mothers have tough relationships with their daughters and a challenge by them and one of the things that is the biggest mystery is what do we say or not say about what's to eat or what not to eat and the impact of whatever they are eating so we do a whole chapter on how to talk to your kids about this especially in this society where we have such a growing number of eating disorders among young women especially. i was especially interested in that. my daughters and i had an open dialogue about this. i feel they should know my story and they should have the opportunity to make their own decisions. i need to be -- come clean about the problems i have had in the past. for most women, when you read this book the biggest take away is you find your set point, whether it is an obese woman trying to work her way back toward health or a woman who struggles with trying to keep her weight on for whatever reason, a l

diane diamond is joining us as well. what's your assessment? >> i completely agree. think that this is the part of the trial where the prosecution is supposed to shine and the defense is supposed to sort of hang their head and wait for their turn. you know, i think this last witness was very important. she talked about the injuries to this man. the prosecution did get in that they weren't life threatening, but let me ask you this, wolf. how badly do you have to be hurt before you are allowed under law to start to defense yourself? no, he didn't have dizziness, he didn't lose consciousness, didn't have blindness, but he did have what appeared to have broken nose, damage to the back of the head, sciatica in his lower back. he was obviously hurt in some way during this tussle, so it all comes down to what those six jurors think. they're parents. the majority of them if not all of them. two of them have guns in their own home. so, it will come down to what did the jurors think was reasonable for him to do if he thought himself, if he thought he needed to have a self-defe
