diane macedo has the very latest. diane, good morning. >> reporter: whit, good morning to you. vanished from ft. hood the justice department is now painting a gruesome picture of her death, saying her alleged killer not only confessed to this newly named suspect, but that that suspect also helped him dispose of her body. now guillen's family is demanding more answers including was that body found, in fact, vanessa guillen's? overnight federal prosecutors formally charging 22-year-old cecily aguilar in connection with the disappearance of 20-year-old ft. hood soldier vanessa guillen. according to the complaint aguilar is charged with one count of conspiracy to tamper with evidence accused of helping another soldier, aaron robinson, dispose of guillen's body. robinson, a suspect in guillen's disappearance died by suicide wednesday morning after being confronted by police and federal marshals. that confrontation came a day after investigators found human remains about 20 miles away from the base. but while guillen's family believes those remains are hers, the army has not independ

diane macedo has more on all this. good morning, diane. >> reporter: cecilia, good morning. her classroom stripped down for covid. she wanted to give parents and her students a heads up so they could prepare. now her video has been viewed over 4 million times as parents, teachers and administrators try to find the best way forward. the new york department of education is out with new guidelines for potential covid outbreaks in schools saying they'll close the school for two weeks if two or more children in different classrooms test positive for the virus. from coast to coast, parents and officials are trying to make decisions about the re-opening of schools, but with so much still unknown. >> the key issue here is staffing and the ability for the school districts to staff and plan accordingly for what the parents want. >> reporter: the safety of students and faculty is still raising concerns with teachers unions across the country saying, they'll support a strike if they feel their school system isn't doing enough. to protect the faculty. around the world new safety protocol
