morning and thank you representatives messer i just wondered if you could share some thoughts on diane ravitch's research that actually shows charter schools actually perform worse than traditional public schools read in fact not only her research that the research from stanford university says only 17% of charter schools outperform public education. so i wanted to comment on that and the other thing i would like for you to comment on is when the students are in a local community, when students are removed from traditional public schools and put into charter schools and the public funding goes to charter schools and the boards to not function like a traditional public education. they are not subject to the freedom of information act. they are not subject to the same actions in terms of the school board, the school code and so that essentially erodes democracy in our country and i would like to speak about how charter schools would continue to promote democracy in that vein. thank you and i will take my comments off-line. >> guest: thanks. there's a lot in the caller's question there. first to th
