"aja cancela" was behind the wheel. they gave her a field sobriety test, and she was arrested and charged with d-u-i. she's now out on bond. police are planning to release the dash-cam video from the 3 (vanessa all this comes just a couple of days after deputy john kotfila's funeral. he was hit by a wrong-way
