guys why did you leave hollywood records which was owned by disney well you know i think the time just came as we grew and as our sound was evolving and where we sort of saw ourselves and five to ten years the vision was different than what theirs was and we had a good relationship with them and did a lot of great things but it was no longer right was the parting ok. it was it is a it was a mutual decision and luckily we had a great run with them and this time doing our own it feels kind of brand new and just like we spoke about earlier our song first time kind of represents a little bit too and doing this by ourselves we also left with our masters which is really really rare. so we you know we're in a great position now being our own label and sort of making the decisions we can be really creative without we release old music and the music did you guys used to wear purity with. whatever i got married was none of them really speak about too much and sparingly personal and so we keep it to ourselves being young and getting a hit there are downsides that aren't there wasn't hard to live

our estimates are well above the street for both '14 and '15. >> absolutely. this to me is a clear sign that disney believes its shares are going up from here. disney hit an all-time high back in may. those shares hit an all-time high. right now the stock is trading just a couple dollars below there. but the company tells me that they're making this decision, given our confidence in our business and our financial position, they are planning to significantly increase the size of buyback. their fiscal year which ends september 29th, this past year they did a buyback of $4 billion. in the next fiscal year which starts in just a couple months, that will be a buyback of $6 billion to $8 billion. that's potentially doubling that. now, they say that this is -- this increased share repurchase is a good use of our capital given the current stock price which we believe is well below the stock's intrinsic value. so to make this purchase around an all-time high is quite a testament to the company's confidence in where things are going from here. >> okay, julia, rich, thank you very much for weighing in on what
