both meetings were held on or near divisadero. first at the empower yum and the second at the baptist church attended by 75 to 100 people. we heard how the community wants more affordable houses so the neighbors have more choices to stay and grow in neighborhoods where they live today. that is true today because of neighborhood preference which is new since the inclusionnary housing began. at the october meeting they talked about the proposal. let me turn quickly. of particular relevance will the requirements four pipeline projects. it would remove the grandfathering and set the on site requirement as 20% for rental and 23% or ownership projects. apply the city wide incollisionnary mix of 12% at 55:00 a.m. i, 4's after 80 and 4's at 110. this was important. the full board wanted as much as the mix at the lowest band of income for this project. for future projects the ordinary proposes to align the affordabilities with tier 1 at 23% with a.m ami. it was important to the supervisor that we align with oms tier one to opt-in or be par

divisadero neighborhood did not want to go over 65 feet. that is what they're zoned for, but i think the father-in-lillm neighborhood is much more open to it. there are some neighborhoods in the fillmore, and that is the western addition a-2 development that have 130 feet height. so i have taken off the fillmore n.c.t. portion of this and then just left the divisadero. so i'm asking this to go to the full board. i've had many community meetings throughout many different groups in the neighborhood and also the fillmore, and i've also just had a meeting last thursday with the affordable divisadero, and i have also planning here -- jacob from planning here to -- to address any of the more technical questions that we may have, but i really appreciate your vote to -- to have this go through. i'm really excited that we're able to have this many affordable units in district five, and also, it was in the paper lining ul the fillmore heritage center with the san francisco -- lining up the fillmore heritage center with the san francisco leadership ce

on divisadero. the first is 650 at grove and the second is 400 divisadero at oak. 650 is scheduled to be at planning on november 8. it has been in the pipeline since 2014. what's more, this committee is also now considering legislation to extend the grandfathering turned city-wide inclusionary program. s the for these reasons that i'm concentrating my efforts on divisadero. i worked closely with my staff and staff experts at planning and oewd. i met with. developers on this pipeline project and i've also met with a lot of community members and i'd like to thank all of them for their input. i've met with board members and attended community meetings including north of the panhandle, neighborhood association and alamo square neighborhood association, affordable divisadero group and the new fillmore leadership group and other fillmore western addition community leaders. i've also held two very large meetings on my own to hear from and speak with community members, specifically about this legislation. b

i'm just here in support of this opportunity on divisadero street. the level of affordability was never supposed to happen. the legislation changed and was revolutionary. i've lived on turk in divisadero for 15 years or even more and we've watched as a community as these properties changed hands, being sold, these gas stations and car washs are kind of siting there designed for a developer's dream to build loft-style condos and there's legislation that happened, that created the situation that we could get affordable housing is -- was not supposed to happen. this is something that i could move into. this is something where you have grandmothers and kids who are on affordable housing. their children working in the nonprofit sector and working in schools could actually come back to the same neighborhood where their parents and grandparents are staying in public housing. i don't think like this would be delayed at all. i feel like if there is any delay, is it political that these delays are happening? right now there is a movement in the fillmore, a col
