first, policy of allowing parking on sundays in the lane along dolores makes it functionally one lane on sundays. second, the policy of quadlupling the residence on market and the parking in the area provides a two-fold increase in local cars. not counting the people that don't have garage space. and fourth, the need for deliveries of whole foods will require several large trucks a day. and the traffic on dolores, and on sunday dolores will be no lanes going south because will be completely impeded. the remedies for the artificially congestion will not be enforceable. because they are caused by a city of self-inflicted wound. i suggest you simulate all of this before you build in concrete. okay? thank you for listening. >> good afternoon, commissioners, we endorsed this project back when, loved it. and it's rare that i come to speak on a project with approval and in construction. it's a gorgeous project and i am excited about what it does. and the reason i am here after the approvals is perhaps to correct a misconception that the housing action coalition focuses on the housing units.

dolores street. that's clinton park alley. so there is a bulb out there, another 14-foot bulb out and a raised cross walk that will provide enhancement for pedestrian safety. and finally there it will be a special material for the cross walk. and that will beautify the intersection. and i wanted to clarify the road (inaudible) here as supervisor weiner mentioned. the bulb out on the northwest corner is 14 feet. but the bulb out on the intersection of 14th street and dolores street will be eight foot. that will lower the traveling to one lane only for the stretch of the bulb out. south of that bulb out there will be two lanes all the way down. and the same with the northbound travel lanes. two lane and that merges to one lane next to the bulb out. i wanted to make that clear. for that road design and the planning department has done traffic analysis to see the impact on traffic. and i want to have great reason to go into more details of the results of that analysis. and then i am will come back to continue my presentation. >> g
