we move onto dolores park. your dolores park is being renovated and we have loved this park to death and it's time for a rehabilitation project for improvements. on march 15th, supervisor wiener and chiu and joins the dolores park neighbors and the work will happen in two phases, the first to be completed this fall and by summer of 2015 the new and improved dolores park will have new bathrooms and renovated tennis and basketball courts, improved dog play areas, new bike racks, new pathways, new overlook in the southeast corner, improved irrigation and eda access and yes the much celebrated and acclaimed p-pod. these are made thanks to san francisco voters who approved the 2008 clean and safe neighborhood bonds and $13.2 million is dedicated to dolores park. if you haven't been there, the fences are up and the construction is underway. so understand you can't eat in a kitchen you're renovating. be mindful we have a large construction project out there and while the south phase of the park remains open for now, w

mission dolores park in san francisco will be undergoing a 14-month major improvement project. l improve and add new park facilities including new bathrooms, renovated tennis and basketball courts and more. during renovation sections of the park will be closed. the project will be completed in phases starting with the northern half of the park on march 13 through this fall. a groundbreaking ceremony will be held at 10 this morning at the park near 18th and church streets the groundbreaking for san jose mineta's newest terminal kicked off friday. the terminal will be used mostly to house corporate planes owned by google's founders. the space will be 240- thousand square feet and is expected to be completed in december of 2015. the terminal is expected to cost 82 million dollars. the project will create construction jobs and permanent employee positions and generate 3 million dollars a year in tax money. the third bore of the caldecott tunnel and part of westbound highway 24 in oakland will close for several hours tomorrow. crews will work overnight to remove an old, 80-foot- wide
