congressman from virginia don beyer's here talk about that. he's a democrat. congressman pleasure to meet you. >> thank you very much. >> let's start with the free two years of community college. that would be funded if it goes through on a tax on the 1%. does this have any chance of going through when you have a republican controlled house and senate? >> i think it does. leadership's about agenda. the president's painting a vision that i think we can all really agree to. the idea of moving from k to 12 to k to 14 really trying to adjust to the jobs that are existing in america today. the harder part will be paying for it. i think he'll be able to show this is a great investment in our economic growth. >> there are some loopholes that republicans have agreed to, others that they have not. the inheritance is always a sticking point. that's the tax that was considered one of the loopholes that would close. do you really think when you've heard comments from speaker boehner that on certain topics the president is poisoning the well if he talks this well, and then
