don harrison has the very latest. >> reporter: this time of year, the most frightening thing is usually the halloween decorations. tragically, that all changed shortly after midnight thursday morning. several 911 calls came into the westminster state police for gun shots in the 1500 block of pilgrum lane. >> they found the victim lying in the driveway. sustain multiple gun shot wounds. the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. >> the victim, 48-year-old steven arrived home from work and that's when 51-year-old gregory martin pulled his truck in behind him and an argument began. he was shot several times in the upper body. his wife heard the shots. >> the victims wife was sweeping at the time. she was awakened by gun shots that she heard. she was one of the 911 calls to police. she looked outside, saw her husband lying in the driveway. >> police say the suspect went to his estranged wife's house and turned the gun on himself. witnesses say the two men had an on going argument that began when the two were neighbors. >> oh my, that's terrible. >> and neighbors spent this day in shock. >
