noticed that our colleague, donna hamilton, has been on vacation this week. >> no trip to the ocean fors actually half a world away in uganda. donna joins us live this morning via skype to tell us more about it. good morning, or should i say good afternoon. hi, donna. >> yes, it is good afternoon. it's so nice to hear your guys' voices. >> it's good to see you. >> i feel like i'm very, very far away from home, i have to tell you. we've had a good trip. it's been a very hot, as you can imagine, overwhelming trip here to uganda, because it is an extremely poor country. just yesterday, we were at a school called raise of hope, which is in one of the slums of kampala, where they have about 300 kids there, largely orphans and kids who really would otherwise get no education who they go to day school there. i'm staying at an orthopedic handleage, which is where i am right now, and if you can, you can see what a beautiful view it is up here. uganda, i don't think people realize, is a spectacularly beautiful country. and over in the distance, i hope you can see this, lake victoria. you see it?
