this question comes from john donnelly, will there be a space force academy comparable to the air force academy? >> there's no need to have a separate space force academy. what we are doing is very similar to what the marines do with the navy, the naval academy, and so we did a lot of research on that relationship, and the marines basically have a detachment at the naval academy where they use to identify those cadets or those midshipmen that want to go into the marine corps. two years ago there was 30 air force academy cadets that came into the space force. last year in april when they graduated, the first year, and these were the very first officers directly commissioned into the space force, we commissioned 86 air force academy cadets directly into the space force. this year, this coming may when the academy graduates and in fact, i'm going there this evening to talk to these cadets, there's 116 cadets that are going to come into the space force. we've built that detachment at the air force academy. the other opportunity that we have, we get the opportunity because of our size to int
