happy to answer any questions. >> commissioner dooley. i just have a general question. i'm curious in these projects why the pedestrian scramble is rarely propose. i worked downtown a lot and see how extremely effective they are without changing anything, but when it is brought up it is just dismissed. i wondered what is the mta policy on that? >> that is great question. we finished our leading pedestrian intervul policy. the next step is visit a scramble policy. it becomes trickier when you consider pedestrian scramble because of competing demands. you could have people walking diagonal and there is minimum requirements for pudustren crossing distance time so you have 3 and a half feet per second, ideally you can go 2.8 or sometimes 2.5 and that requires a lot of time. if you picture richardson, those ocwould angled intersections as it crosses francisco, but it requires like minutes in which case you major delays and have congestion backup for vehicle jz transit. considering the safety, potential safety benefits as well as all the other delays. >> my question is regard

yes it is and cutting spending is a big part of the key parties batted key party co-founder debbie dooleyng today? stossel: i'm never such a candidate because he said we have to cut spending in his proposed tax cuts but he is proposed no spending cuts pretty won't touch entitlements which are bankrupting us. >> while i do believe mr. trump will surround himself with the brightest minds much like ronald reagan did and i do believe that we do need entitlement reform. i do like his tax cut plan. for years, people have been, conservatives have been talking about the need to cut our corporate tax rate which was one of the highest in the world. stossel: you think he doesn't talk about entitlement because it's on popular with voters but once he's in office he would cut it? >> i do believe you would cut entitlements. i think there would be some kind of reform. stossel: an age limit? >> i believe there would have to be. i would like to see more referee market solution as far as entitlements like social security reform but i do believe he will have the brightest minds and like i said as a conservat
