we're on the corner of doolittle in san leandro. this is the location where the last scam took place. police are warning people just be aware of your surroundings. now, this all happened at 11:45 in the morning on tuesday here. police say the scam artist waved down the driver of a big rig truck saying it was emitting a large plume of smoke. well, when the driver got out of his truck to inspect it, the scam artist somehow rummaged through the truck quickly looking for any items. now, it's unclear if other items were stolen. police believe there are other victims out there, similar crimes which is why they are putting out this particular type of info. here is a quick description of who police are looking for. police say he's a hispanic man, 25, 30 years old. about 5'10" and he was last seen driving away in a small gray compact car. san leandro police say criminals are getting more creative using various scams to target people. they are warning people to be aware of your surroundings. we're live here in san leandro, brian flores, ktvu

let's talk about it with our closing bell exchange, abigail doolittle, jack bouroudjian, rob morgan, and our own rick santelli. abigail, what about this herky-jerky intraday kind of market we've had lately? that's been the pattern we've seen for the last few weeks. what do you make of that? >> you have really nailed it on the head there, bill. there are two things that stand out to me right now, and that is one of them. the intraday volatility. it reflects increasing uncertainty on the part of investors around the fundamentals and frankly it feels like the wheels are coming off a little bit. we have the high flyers falling, biotech, some of the technology names. we also have copper breaching long-term multiyear support. let's not forget europe. the dax is down almost 10% from its recent highs. all of this volatility, i think it's about to become unhinged. i think we're about to see a pullback similar to the beginning of the year, 6% to 10%, and something else stands out, the ten-year yield. we have bonds rallying in the face of a fed committed to the tape earned also with the fed cha
