our guest is doris fuller, she with the treatment advocacy center. caller: good morning ms. fuller. i would like to bring up a little experience. i have a daughter who is i believe 42 now. she has been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia, bipolar. she is very mean. she had to spend time in jail for beating her mother up. tried so much to try and have her do better, she is supposed to be on medication but will not take it. she think she doesn't need it. ssi about 15on years, this is what i can understand. the state of connecticut know she has a problem. she continues to get her funds, but will not take her medicine. so i don't know why the government doesn't require her to take her medicine to be able to get her monthly funds. this is unacceptable to me. i will tell you to other points. they didn't know what this kid in california committed those crimes, they knew about it, they knew there was a problem yet there was no indication between him and our police. knowing that he had a problem, being able to buy guns. it is the same thing with the guy who bombed in massachusetts, at the
