16-year-old son that you on the mall in that frigid weather and was more delighted to see doris kearns goodwin than the many celebrities who were moving about. that is really why he is here. he's going to kill me after this for that. i am the woman in the red jacket lying on the house -- the gallery floor with my hands to my chest. that is my 15 minutes of fame, not the one i would've chosen for myself, i would've preferred to be heroically picking up debris from sanctuary hall after the insurrection in the we hours of the morning, but so be it. it was almost the worst moment of my life. those of you who have lost loved ones know that there are even worse moments of your life. but i do have some fragments of memories that i want to share and i will try not to be repetitive of wonderful memories shared, some are worse. i do remember our good friend and hero jason crow telling us to remove our pins, our congressional pins, and realizing it was so people would not necessarily be able to identify us as numbers of congress, so the insurrectionists would not be able to. thinking to myself but we are
